About the company:
Hevedburg Music is an independent music publishing company in New York City, founded in 2006 by Theodora Michaels.  Our goals are to

• administer a diverse catalog by new, established, and deceased songwriters
• make it easy for licensees and fans to find exactly the music they're looking for
• work with, not against, new technologies
• provide plain-English licenses with affordable and flexible terms
• issue licenses and process royalties with efficiency
  
• treat our writers, licensees and consumers with respect.
